1. Processing time

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after confirming payment and shipment details. For specific Made-to-Order items, the processing time might be longer, detailed information is added to each item description.

All standard shipping orders are sent with regular post, including waybill number for tracking. Please add your full delivery address.
Shipping time:
United States: 7-12 business days
Europe non EU: 4-8 business days
European Union: 4-8 business days
Australia: 15-25 business days
Everywhere else: 10-15 business days
Please note that due to the complicated COVID-19 situation, delays in the shipping time are possible.
2.2 Express delivery:
All Express shipping orders are sent with DHL. Air waybill is included for tracking. Please add your full address details and a phone number.

1. Customs and import taxes

All buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. UK Shop Lts is not responsible for delays due to customs issues.

1. Returns & exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt
Free returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the cost of any damage on the item.
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, full refund is applicable.
Please fill your full delivery address. CozywithGrandma is not responsible for delays or returns due to invalid delivery address. In this case, the customer will receive full refund for the item, excluding transport fees.
